Everything changes. Sometimes change is so slow that we are convinced that nothing is happening, but even if we do not see anything, change never ends. With my performance in the ALTA studio, I wanted to point out this process in
our own body and mind. We perceive the feeling of ourselves and we have the impression that it is stable, unchanging, but even that is constantly changing. Our body, our mind, everything connected to us is in a constant and often invisible process
transformations.
During the whole performance, I performed a few simple tasks with a very slow movement. She turned on the light at the entrance, walked around the whole room, and in the last section I reached the main circuit breaker for about 30 minutes to turn off the whole room.
