The concept of the series is to explore portals, holes and vortices (for me a surreal-specific kind of portals and holes), to deal with their meaning and personal connections. Also, how and where they appear, why they are so emphatic to me, and my emphasis is on them in general. 𖣘 Emphasis in painting/drawing/photography/object, within an illusory paradise, magically surrealistic visions, achieving peace and tranquillity, as well as the opposition/resistance associated with it. ˚✧₊⁎ Building on the previous series of paintings. ☍ Oil painting on wood, 31x40 cm.
