The aim of this bachelor thesis was therefore to find a way to better teach, motivate and help people to acquire first aid knowledge in an interactive online environment. For this purpose I designed an interactive online application, divided into 3 parts - beginner, advanced and lifesaver. The beginner has interactive tutorials with short motivational videos, the advanced has interactive tests with gamification elements that allow them to improve and compare their skills with others, and the rescuer has a mobile application that serves as an assistance in first aid. I implemented the entire project based on the knowledge I gained from user research and interviewing experts in the field of emergency services.
