The final diploma work at the Department of Advertising Photography at Tomas Bata University. The series “Just a Photo” functions on principals of habituated cliché like sequentiality of the photographs, the direction of the exhibition, size of prints (larger formats are often considered to have a more expressive, more direct enunciation, smaller are considered to have a more intimate message within,…) and tries to transform them to form new experiences for the viewer. The individual photographs from the series are not matched by the format, nor by genre, we can find here landscapes of some sort, still life, a dog, a superhero, or a cheerful performance in three acts called “Life as a game”. The series consists altogether of thirty images, although it can be reduced to an absolute….reduction. The formats of single photographs vary from 13×13 cm up to 100×167 cm. Well simply… And so on….
