We have an abundance of information about what is happening in the world. However, small local events and the history of places we know are slowly disappearing from our memory. What happened and happens in a small settlement called Cholín, for example, is most remarkable. A mythical figure has survived there until today's hectic times. Kvakev lives in the local waters, he remembers a lot, he sees a lot. Kvakev knows much more than anyone else about the vigilant homestead and even more vigilant inhabitants who inhabit the old farm in the bend of the Vltava River. The comic book series of the same shows the local community through the eyes of a water creature and records what is already sinking into the depths of oblivion.
