Designer Filip Krampla (a graduate of the Product Design Studio FUD UJEP) presents the Li_chair armchair within Designblok 2020, the idea of which is based on the maximum use of material from one tree. The elegant all-plywood armchair with an attractive organic appearance reduces material wastage at all stages of production and encourages shape to relax. In the beginning, the idea was to use waste lignin to make plywood. The wood would thus be connected by wood. The Li armchair is based on Filip's diploma thesis, which was created at the Faculty of Art and Design of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem in the Product Design Studio.
