The “Reframed” collection is reinterpretation of traditional craft methods, exploring the potential of material and searching for new forms and work processes. It represents a return to the old wet moulding technique and historical shoe construction consisting of a single piece of material. The design is inspired by architectural elements and minimalist sculptures. The whole process contained the last reshaping and making of wooden forms for accessories. Each piece is hand stitched and created with emphasis on detail. The heels are made from epoxy resin in collaboration with custom knifemaker and his brand Dave’s Knives.
