The film Resonance captures an unexpected event in the lives of two friends, when they are going on a trip together. They get lost and discovers a ten-year-old girl in an abandoned house, that her mother obviously often leaves alone. Under the influence of a kind of parallel reality, both friends fall into the illusion of an easily acquired ‘family po feeling and explore the deeper layers of the relationship that arises between them. But it is clear that this extra-reality cannot last forever, and both must decide what to do next.
