The Terezín project follows the initiative of Ivan Němec, who is systematically working to transform the fortress city into a vibrant center that will demonstrate the potential of historically significant places on a European and global scale to connect their genius loci with everyday life and rich cultural events. The initiative pursues two main goals: the announcement of an architectural and urban planning competition covering the entire city and the search for the communication identity of the place through a visual style, orientation system and other tools.
