The Lamp

A floor lamp made of an industrial steel pipe in a standard length of 4 metres. Material saving is achieved by cutting the tube lengthwise, leaving the full diameter only where it is needed for strength (lamp base, levelling arm). The rest of the structure is made up of a half pipe, so that the entire length of 4 metres is used efficiently.
