In his diploma thesis, Matej Vražel dealt with the design of furniture, more precisely a multifunctional interior solitaire, manufactured in cooperation with the company Maesi:f. The resulting design proposal consists of three functional modules, namely a light frame, a mirror and a part used to store clothes and shoes. These elements stabilize each other and integrate into a variably positionable component. From a visual point of view, the design solution is stylistically clean, visually cultivated and proportionately successful, technically and production-wise detailed. In Matej Vražel's diploma thesis, it is necessary to appreciate his effort to generate a quality visual, functional and not very problematic production. The author successfully fulfilled the goal he personally set at the beginning. The interior solitaire designed by him is elegant, precisely executed and certainly visually compatible with the production of the Maesi:f company. We can only hope that it will enrich its production portfolio in the near future.
