A joint long-term project of the Clothing and Textile Design Studios FUD and VŠVU in Bratislava, dealing with the sustainability of the fashion industry and development in the sustainable fashion sector, involving professionals from the manufacturing industry, who share their knowledge, experience and sustainable resources with a new young generation of designers. During the excursion, the students visited Italian factories for processing wool, cotton, silk and metal and plastic zippers, and finally presented their projects to business owners. The students have already presented the joint project at an exhibition of their term papers and at a fashion week in Minsk. There is also a show at Designblok 19 and a fashion show is planned at the Italian Fair of Sustainable Fabrics.
